Oliver Oklitz ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Mimikry mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your choices regarding your data.

§ 1 /Information We Collect
Mimikry is designed with privacy in mind. We do not operate any backend servers of our own, and we do not collect or store personal information ourselves. The App uses only Apple frameworks — no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are integrated.
§ 2 /Third-Party Services
The App uses the following Apple services that may process information as described in Apple's privacy policy:
§ 2.1 /Apple Game Center
Mimikry uses Apple Game Center for turn-based matches, matchmaking, and leaderboards. Game Center is operated by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive personal information from Game Center beyond your public player alias, match data, and scores.
§ 2.2 /Apple CloudKit
Mimikry uses Apple CloudKit to maintain a shared pool of open matches. Match data (such as which world is in play and its current state) is stored in a public CloudKit database tied to your iCloud account, subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
§ 3 /Data Stored on Your Device
The following data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us:
- Match history and streak status
- Settings and preferences
- Daily challenge completion status
This data can be deleted by uninstalling the App.
§ 4 /Children's Privacy
Mimikry is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the services used by the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
§ 5 /Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if a future version of the App adds monetization or analytics. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
